Kalzip Standing Seam
EHS Roofing is an approved installer of the leading manufacturer of standing seam roofing systems.
Available in various thicknesses, colours, coatings and profiles.
An extremely versatile product with the ability to achieve a range of specially designed shapes including ellipses, prisms and pyramids. This system can be installed both vertically and horizontally.
Standing seam roofs require minimal maintenance, are fully sustainable and can be recycled at the end of the building’s life.
Roof sheets can be roll-formed to lengths in excess of 120 metres.
This system can also provide both Solar and Green roof options.
Composite Roofing and Cladding
Composite Panels are ideal for both Commercial and Industrial projects where speed and value are required.
A Composite Panel is a pre-fabricated sheet comprising of a lining sheet, rigid insulation core and top sheet. The material can be in aluminium or steel.
Available in a range of colours, profiles and insulation thickness to provide a fast and effective way of covering the building envelope.
Single Ply Membrane
A choice of membranes offered to provide flexibility in design and appearance. Single ply membranes are both durable and strong and are suitable for new build and refurbishment projects.
These membranes can either be mechanically fixed, fully adhered or loose laid and covered with either paving slabs or ballast.
Available in both TPO and EPDM membranes standing seam profiles can be used to achieve a standing seam lead lookalike.
Rainscreen Cladding
An exterior wall cladding system which prevents the air and moisture from penetrating the building itself.
Rainscreen systems are usually secretly fixed to a lightweight frame which is fixed to the building’s wall. Insulation is installed to either within the cavity or to the external wall.
Available in a range of colour and finishes such as aluminium, copper, stone, zinc, terracotta and fibre cement.
Profiled Metal Cladding - Built up system
More commonly used on Industrial projects but can also be utilized on Commercial projects.
This system comprises of a liner tray, vapour control layer, support system, insulation and top sheets.
Available in various profiles, colours, materials and finishes and used both vertically and horizontally.
Access and Mansafe systems
Access and Mansafe systems are an important feature to any new roof or to existing roofs.
We can provide a wide range of safety equipment including fall arrest systems, access ladders and walkways.
